For Kennerleigh residents your most direct communication conduit with local government is through the Chair of the Parish Meeting. The Chair receives information from Mid Devon District Council and Devon County Council all the time and holds pamphlets and notices across the spectrum of local government responsibilities. These are available to everyone so do please ask, or check the notice board near the shop
Information generally flows the other way, from parishioners to the MP, councillors, councils, and official organisations usually occurs after twice yearly meetings of the Parish Meeting in May and October, often attended by local councillors.
